Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, should you receive a damaged product or if there are any other defects, please send an email to sales@mymouneusa.com and we will be more than happy to address the claim with you. Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality products and service - always - and we will do our very best to ensure that we meet that goal!
Shipping
We use UPS as our shipping solution and we can ship to virtually any address in the US & Canada. Note that these are food products packed in glass containers and as such we take extreme care in packing our products to reduce the chance that they get damaged during shipping.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We will provide you with a UPS tracking number for your convenience so that you may keep track of when you rorder will arrive.
Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Generally, when an order is placed, it will leave our facility within 24 hours. Weekend orders will ship on the following Monday. You will receive an email once the order is fulfilled.
